Our client is the world’s leading provider of advanced products and services for agriculture and forestry and a major provider of advanced products and services for construction, lawn and turf care, landscaping and irrigation. They require global support across a wide range of projects for their product lines, which include:
- Articulated dump trucks

Our client regularly uses Argos to complete large volume technical translations of content that includes:
- User/Operator’s manuals
- Technical manuals (combined diagnostics manuals)
- Repair information
- Vehicle information
Why They Chose Argos?
Our client faced a problem of adapting multiple manuals into CEE languages. They encountered issues with the ever expanding alphabets of CEE languages that were disrupting their document templates and layouts. They searched for a translation vendor with extensive volume capacity to handle large workloads.
Simultaneously, their chosen vendor had to possess multiple quality assurance checks and an integrated ISO quality structure. After an extensive qualification process, Argos was chosen as the only language solutions provider capable of meeting all their requirements.
How Argos Helped?
In partnering with Argos, our client found value in an integrated translation, DTP and L10n solution. By localizing all content Argos was able to use our DTP Template Services and adapt the client’s layout to house new languages without disrupting the original documents’ design.
Argos also adapted our translation workflows in line with the client’s processes while maintaining ISO quality focus over each step. This ensured that every translation batch delivered back to the client was exactly what the client expected. These competencies have kept our cooperation with this client across translation projects ever since.
