At Intuit, her team built a scalable globalization and innovative content foundation to support market expansion. At Deluxe, her team transformed their practice to support the Entertainment industry’s digital transformation. As past President of Women in Localization and previous board member for many years, Loy is committed to the localization industry and the advancement of women within it. Today at Workday, Loy’s team is building a Localization and Globalization CoE to scale and support the company’s expansion goals.

Lucio Gutiérrez, Workday
Lucio Gutierrez is a seasoned globalization and localization engineering professional. He has led engineering teams to build state-of-the-art globalization and localization technology to support product and content development teams to be launched globally. Most recently at Workday, he leads engineering teams to build the next generation of technology to support Workday’s global journey via platforms, teams, and content systems. He does this by bridging the gap between legacy and modern technologies with service-oriented and platform strategies. His globalization experience spans the software development lifecycle in support of design, implementation, testing, deployment, and delivery.
